What will be the shipping and handling charges for my order?
This will be calculated by PayPal prior to your order being finalized. Charges will depend on your location and the shipping method selected.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, we will refund your purchase or exchange your purchase within 30 days from your purchase date.
In order to do this, simply contact our customer support representative at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return form.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer when returning products. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging. Original invoice must be included in the return package. For credit card purchases, refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal for all of our transactions. PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal accounts.
What is your warranty for the products?
Any warranties on our products will be provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to their websites to see if your specific product carries a manufacturer’s warranty.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This will depend on which shipping method you select at the time of placing your order. Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail, but other options are also available. Most orders are received within 5-7 business days.
